Women heal in connection. Group Classes are a beautiful way to connect with likeminded women and try out a class if you are curious to see if you resonate with the work. It is a very affordable + accessible way to start the process before committing to one on one work.

Life often leaves us carrying unresolved experiences—emotionally, physically, and energetically. Over time, these experiences can shape our coping mechanisms, survival responses, nervous system patterns, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.

This work is about gently exploring the root of those patterns with compassion, presence, and intention. As your body and nervous system begin to experience greater safety and regulation, space naturally opens for emotional processing, integration, and reconnection with your authentic self.

Rather than simply managing symptoms, this work supports your body's natural capacity for healing and helps you cultivate greater resilience, self-awareness, and embodied presence.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Every session is trauma-informed and intuitively tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

Together, we create a safe and supportive space to listen to what your body and nervous system are communicating. Through an integration of somatic healing, breathwork, bodywork, and energy work, we support nervous system regulation while allowing stored stress, emotional tension, and protective patterns to gently unwind at a pace your system is ready for.

The process may include:

• Somatic practices to support the release of physical and emotional tension.
• Breathwork to deepen awareness and facilitate emotional processing.
• Nervous system regulation to cultivate greater safety, stability, and resilience.
• Energy work to support balance, flow, and reconnection.
• Integration practices to help embody lasting shifts.

Every session honours the wisdom and timing of your body. Healing isn't something that can be forced—it unfolds as your system feels safe enough to allow it.
