“I love everything you do, you are such great inspiration Tawna ! I follow you journey that you so generously share with us which helps me to continue with my one. I definitely felt so much resistance this morning lying in bed, sore and tired after multiple days of not listening to my body or choosing to go against myself.. "To be honest- I was a little scared going in to the class seeing the word ‘cardio’ in the description. Tawna made me forget any fear the moment we started. Grounding and connecting us in to our bodies- focusing on form, technique and breath- you instantly feel safe to give these classes whatever you’ve got and not to mention have fun and laughs while doing it. Never have I experienced such precision and care from an instructor when it came to walking through the workout with options for all no matter if you were a first timer or looking to push yourself. I recently completed Tawna and Pia’s 30-day reset, and honestly, it was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From the very first day, I felt completely supported. This journey wasn’t just about losing weight or getting fit—it was so much more. It changed the way I speak to myself, how I show up for myself, and how I set and achieve my goals.

Tawna has been an incredible motivator, super professional, and we’ve shared such deep conversations about growth, fitness, and life. The reset is thoughtfully broken into four weeks, with one-on-one time with Tawna during the first and third weeks, and Pia during the second and fourth. When I first started, I felt weak—physically and mentally. After just one week, I started noticing a pattern that Pia helped me uncover during our hypnotherapy session. (Don’t worry, it’s not like the stage shows where you turn into a chicken!) It was an eye-opening experience, and I highly recommend it.

Every workout was tailored to my fitness level, pushing me to my limits but never to the point where it felt impossible. The progress I made over 30 days blew my mind—my strength, endurance, and overall fitness surpassed my expectations.

“As an overweight mid menopausal wahine, I was pretty sceptical about the 30 day challenge. I had accepted my lot, that at this age and stage I’d become invisible, whilst feeling betrayed and separated by and from my body. However two things got me on board 1. My trust and confidence in Tawna and the process. 2. I was scared I was going to die if I kept on going without changing something. Tawna lead me through in an incredibly supportive way, (of course, as she’s is also a dope, epic human!). I was nervous to do hypno but Pia is the loveliest person and it was an amazing experience, feeling deeply rested through the process. 60+ days in and I feel like the old me is returning, it’s shifted my lifestyle choices dramatically, including no longer emotionally eating and taking the path of learning to feel my feelings.
