What actually is Kundalini?
Kundalini is your own life force the energy, the current of liberation and transformation that rests at the base of the spine.
When it awakens, it rises through the body, dissolving blockages, clearing density, and burning away what no longer serves.
This is not just about energy rising, it is the energy of awakening, of remembering, of reconnecting to your true essence - in most simplest terms your highest self.
What can you experience in during a kundalini activation?
Every journey is unique, but experiences may include:
Involuntary movements or postures
as the body releases
Emotional release (tears, laughter, rage, bliss)
Waves of pleasure or deep states of calm
Visuals, memories, or inner insights
Expanded awareness, clarity, or connection to something greater
The most important thing is this: the more we can surrender, (to our highest self) the more the energy unfolds.
And paradoxically, the more we release all expectations, the deeper and more authentic the experience becomes.
It’s not just about the movements you see-
While the body's expressions are often eye-catching, the real transformation is happening inside, within the nervous system, the energy body, and the deep layers of the psyche. And perhaps even more importantly, it continues outside of the session, in how you live, respond, and integrate these shifts into your life.
When Kundalini awakens it connects us to our highest timeline and potential
This is true, it can also be profoundly confronting, because it burns through everything that is not aligned with truth. That's why tools, support, and integration are so essential. This is not just about a single session, it's about how your life begins to transform in the days, weeks, and months that follow.
What is sensual embodiment and why do I use it in sessions?
It is to connect you to your life force within you. To feel your pulsating aliveness through your body and allowing yourself to get out of your head and overthinking spiral. It moves you out of overwhelm to be able to listen to what the body is speaking through sensation.
We are not talking about sexuality here. We are talking about sensuality, the two are so often confused. Connecting to ourselves and our innate wisdom and our feminine current.
A process of feeling whatever it is we are feeling in the present moment, through sensation.
Allowing to BE with whatever emotions want to arise.
Accepting what IS in the moment without trying to change it control it to be any other way than what it is. Knowing each day is completely different and everything is constantly changing.
We then give ourselves permission to let go of what no longer serves us. To consciously let release what we no longer need to carry anymore. Using breath, sound and movement.
Intentionally moving in ways that aren’t our “normal” way of moving. We choose to move in non linear ways.
Changing the habitual patterns.
To rewire neural pathways.
To actually initiate new patterns in the mind/body system.
To interrupt the loops that no longer serve.
To complete stress loops that never got an opportunity to finish after experiencing trauma/stress. Whether that be due to conditioning, suppressing or numbing and shut down within the nervous system
We get to discharge the energy that is keeping us feeling heavy, stressed, overwhelmed, shutdown, disconnected + dissociated.
We then get to call in more of what we want and need through sensation in the body. From our heart space.
We store memories, emotions, events in our fascia. Whether we consciously remember or not- this gives us the opportunity to surrender it. To move the fascia + energy, moving the body anyway it is asking us to.
The energy is felt, moved and transformed. Shifting it into higher vibrational states. Where we feel safe in our bodies. Our nervous system regulated and our hearts open.
