PAIN IS LOVE XXX

How do we make a conscious effort to not allow lower vibrational things, people and events that happen harden us and disrupt our energy flow throughout life?

To not swallow us up whole?

To not force us to put walls up?

To not actively push away love?

Ultimately out of fear?

How can we still believe that we are worthy of love?

Worthy of everything that we actually are? Our innate essence?

How can we learn to trust ourselves again? Trust ourselves from making choices that possibly came from the mind overriding our own wisdom?

Our own intuition and inner knowing?

Can we believe that we have the power to reconnect the mind, heart, body and soul? To understand that we were never actually broken in the first place?

That we are perfect exactly as we are without the need to change and fix anything. That we are divinely whole.

We were and are always whole, despite what others may have convinced of otherwise or that we have convinced ourselves?

To trust and believe that all the hardships, heartaches and setbacks arose to teach us valuable lessons?

That they arose as catalysts, as the key to our deepest change, transformation, evolution and growth?

That they were all actually gifts in disguise to reveal the true warrior within our being? The warrior that was always there?

What a blessing that is.

How can we possibly become more conscious without pain?

How can we elevate?

It’s what we choose to do with the pain that matters the most.

Do we let it fuel our fire within, do we stoke it real hot, or do we allow it to put the fire out?

Do we discover strength we never knew we had?

Do we discover power we never knew we had?

Without it, I don’t believe we get to fully experience depth. It deprives us of sensitivity.

If there are no challenges, no devastating lows, how can we appreciate; and I mean really appreciate the beautiful highs?

If we allow ourselves to remain comfortable, I believe we can’t truly appreciate the good stuff when it arrives on our doorstep.

It’s shown me how to appreciate the simplest things that life has to offer; and actually the truth is- these things are the best things. They don’t cost money- they are all absolutely free.

The lakes, the rivers, the mountains, the ocean, friends, family, nature in all forms and what we have the pleasure of experiencing within nature.

We are nature.

We are always supported and we are actually never ever alone. Ever.

These things cultivate love, joy, abundance, connection, laughter, peace, harmony and it’s all cultivated from within us.

We have the choice and power to access this whenever we choose.

So please remember that you are always divinely guided and protected.

With this inner knowing please continue to take risks, please continue to feel when all you want to do is go numb and shutdown but please remember how brave you are for continuing to open your beautiful, vulnerable heart; day after day despite the disappointment that’s come along the way.

Please celebrate yourself for choosing you every single day even on the days that you don’t and you forget.

You are not too loud, you are not too much, you are not too vulnerable. You are uniquely you!

Vulnerability is a risk, but without it we wouldn’t be able to access true intimacy and connection and to find our way towards what’s meant for us.

When we choose to do this, I believe the people that are meant to disappear will fall away; and the ones that are meant to appear will arrive and stay.

You are worthy and you deserve someone that reminds you of the magic that is available to us in this sometimes dark, cold world.

Someone that can hold and protect your heart.

Ultimately we must remember that that person is YOU.

It has always been YOU.

Remember that you can, if you choose to-allow someone to hold your precious heart delicately with you too.

When that time comes- you will know and don’t ever doubt that you don’t know, because you know.

Deep down, YOU KNOW. Xoxo
